1. Guest shall reside in the premises only as a temporary residence and will not engage in any commercial, illegal or any activity that could embarrass or cause Jonathan Glynn to receive complaints from neighbors. The premises shall not be occupied or left in the care of anyone not listed above including pets without Jonathan's permission.

2. Guest shall pay a fee of _________ and a refundable security deposit of _________ to be paid in advance. If paying with optional Paypal, 3% additional.

3. The security deposit will be returned upon inspection to make sure that there is no loss or injury to the premises. Security deposits are to be returned as soon as possible not to exceed 30 days of the guests departure. The initial deposit of $400. to secure the reservation in advance and take it off the market will be applied to the security deposit but is not refundable if there is a cancellation.

4. Guest (will / will not) pay for utilities, basic cable and internet connection. If the premises are not vacated in clean condition, guest will be charged for cleaning. Keys must be returned or a charge to replace locks will be incurred. An additional cleaning fee will be applied for stays under one month.

5. Jonathan Glynn is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to guests property or friends. Guests agree to be responsible for insuring their personal property.

6. The premises are furnished; any property not working or damaged should be brought to Jonathan's attention on the first day of occupancy.

7. Guest agrees that any violation of the above may require guest to vacate the apartment.
